Savannah Restoration Pros provides professional property restoration services in the greater Savannah, Georgia area, including but not limited to:
- Water Damage Restoration: Emergency water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, and repair of water-damaged properties resulting from flooding, plumbing failures, storm damage, and other water intrusion events.
- Mold Removal and Remediation: Professional mold inspection, containment, removal, and remediation services following industry best practices and IICRC standards.
- Mold Inspection and Testing: Comprehensive mold inspections, air quality testing, surface sampling, and detailed reporting to identify the presence, type, and extent of mold growth in residential and commercial properties.
3. Service Estimates and Pricing
Savannah Restoration Pros provides free estimates for our services. Please be aware that all estimates are non-binding and represent our best assessment based on a visual inspection at the time of the estimate. Final costs may vary from the initial estimate due to factors including but not limited to hidden damage discovered during the restoration process, changes in the scope of work requested by the customer, additional materials or labor required, and unforeseen structural or environmental conditions. We will communicate any significant changes in pricing to you before proceeding with additional work.
4. Scheduling and Access
Property Access: You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to the affected areas of your property during scheduled service visits. This includes ensuring a clear and safe work area and providing necessary keys, access codes, or other means of entry as needed.
Work Hours: Standard service appointments are scheduled during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and may be subject to additional charges.
Delays: While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled appointments and estimated project timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any significant scheduling changes.
5. Customer Responsibilities
As our customer, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Provide Access: Grant our technicians safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service, including moving personal belongings from the work area when requested.
- Disclose Known Issues: Inform us of any known hazards, pre-existing conditions, structural concerns, or other issues that may affect the safety of our crew or the scope of work, including the presence of asbestos, lead paint, or other hazardous materials.
- Insurance Information: If you intend to file an insurance claim for the restoration work, provide us with your insurance company name, policy number, and adjuster contact information in a timely manner to facilitate the claims process.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
Lifetime Mold Warranty: Savannah Restoration Pros offers a lifetime mold warranty on all mold remediation work performed by our company. This warranty covers the specific areas treated and guarantees that mold will not return to those areas under normal conditions. The warranty is subject to the property owner maintaining proper ventilation, humidity levels, and promptly addressing any new water intrusion events.
Workmanship Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our restoration services, contact us within 30 days of project completion and we will return to address your concerns at no additional cost.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Savannah Restoration Pros and its owners, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
8. Insurance Claims Assistance
Savannah Restoration Pros is experienced in working with insurance companies and will assist you throughout the insurance claims process. We can provide detailed documentation, photographs, moisture readings, and itemized invoices to support your claim. However, we do not guarantee that your insurance company will approve or fully cover the cost of restoration services. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance provider based on your policy terms. You remain responsible for any costs not covered by your insurance.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Savannah Restoration Pros website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of Savannah Restoration Pros and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chatham County, Georgia.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or our services, we encourage you to first contact us directly to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If we are unable to reach a resolution, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing any other form of dispute resolution. If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue their legal remedies in accordance with the Governing Law section above.

Savannah Restoration Pros reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
